The night has not yet faded, Iris rubbed her scarlet eyes. It is very urgent so Iris must find the portal to escape from the castle before Lilia woke up, otherwise she will be easily caught back by Lilia, this wicked woman.

Iris had no time to change clothes, wearing a nightgown to sneak out of the ancient castle. It seemed that Iris, in her white attire, was harmonious with the snow. Soon Iris disappeared into the forest.

Three hours later, Iris arrived at the destination and began to look for a way to leave from here.

By this time it was already dawn, and Iris had to speed up, guessing that Lilia was already on her way to find her.

"Oops!"Iris seemed to be tripped over something and fell to the ground. Due to the physique of the blood race,Iris's scrapes relieved soon.

"Oh my god! Who is so heartless!"

Iris dug away the snow on the ground by her hands when a bat stone statue gradually exposed in front of her.

"Iris, Princess of the Blood," A mechanical voice came from the stone statue suddenly.

Iris fiddled with the stone statue curiously, attempting to get out of here by it.

"This is simply an identification machine. If you study it, you can not get out." Lilia's voice came from behind.

"Don’t talk nonsense... Em... Good morning, Dear Mother."Iris looked back at her Dear Mother.

"You get up early! Wow, you look very refreshed, are you taking some exercising?" Lilia asked curiously.

"Yes, yes, I just take some exercise."Iris didn't even think about it and answered directly.

"There are still two hours before breakfast time, you run back! You can’t stop running for a moment, otherwise it won’t work out. I will accompany you in the back."

"Dear Mother, I'm a little tired, can I......"

"You can't!" Lilia's body was flooded with electricity of purple arcs.

Iris began to run without saying a word, and Lilia opened her wings to follow Iris closely.

"Oh my god! Don’t you say you will accompany me?"

"That's right! Am I not behind you?"

"Oh no!"

"It seems that you still have the strength to talk! You still have plenty of strength! Run faster."

As soon as Iris slowed down, Lilia would release the thunderbolt. Iris was tormented by Lilia heavily so that she couldn’t talk any more.

After an hour, Iris felt that her legs were not her own.

"Hoo hoo hoo , I can’t run any more." Iris gasped for breath.

Lilia did not bother to talk nonsense with Iris. She raised her hand with the thunderbolt and released to Iris, fortunately, Iris reacted fast otherwise she would be dead. In fact, Lilia deliberately slowed down the speed of thunderbolt, otherwise how else couldn’t she hit Iris?

"Crazy bitch! You are sick! You’re trying to fucking kill me!" Iris directly cursed.

Lilia slowly fell down, giving Iris a slap directly. Suddenly her face became red.

"I am your mother, how dare you scold me? I was too lenient with you. From now on I will not be polite to you again."

Iris covered her left side of the face, hot as if it was burning, the pain in her heart began to spread, anger flooded, sweeping away her reason ~

"Flat-chested freak! Without you I can live a better life. It seems I'm begging to be your daughter. Quickly change me back, and then send me back."

Lilia has been unable to endure. So she gave Iris a heavy slap and knocked her to the ground. Lilia released the purple light from her hands, thunderbolt changing into a severe whip, relentlessly pumping in Iris.

The snow was filled with the painful wailing of Iris. In a short time, Iris was filled with whip marks.

"I hope you can remember. If you want to challenge my bottom line, you can try." Then Lilia opened the portal back to the ancient castle, while Iris was left in the snow.

"Damn flat-chested freak, I will definitely kill you."

This time,Iris's wounds did not heal, as if Lilia had deliberately made it impossible for her wounds to heal.

The snow was falling harder and harder. The crystal clear snowflakes fell on the wounds of Iris as if they were salt put on the wounds, extremely painful. And Iris knew very well that it was about ‘a fall into the pit,a gain in your wit’.

Inner strong desire to live told Iris that she must return to the castle, otherwise she would be frozen or submerged in the snow. Iris stood up with difficulty and walked trembling in the direction of the old castle.

An hour later, breakfast time arrived, Lilia sat at the table leisurely eating breakfast as if nothing happened. It seemed she didn’t care about the life and death of Iris at all.

"Dear Majesty! Where is the Princess?" Candace asked.

"She was left outside by me."

"But ......No matter what happened, Dear Princess is still your flesh and blood ! Can you bear to leave her outside like that?"

"Don't mention that guy to me! The thought of her makes me angry."

"But ......"

“Stop it, you are not allowed to help her, or you will be punished with her!"

"Yes! Dear Majesty."

......

Iris walked towards the old castle with slow steps, the biting cold wind blew on Iris' skin, irritating the wound all the time.

Iris hid under a tree, trying to release the magic in her body, trying to stimulate the black inflammation in her body, as a way to resist the wind and snow attack.

Iris focused on gathering the magic in her hands. Then the black fire emerged in the palm of her hand, and Iris used her other hand to protect it from the wind.

At least before the fire was extinguished, Iris would not be frozen so she continued to move in the direction of the old castle.

After another two hours, Candace was able to see the thin figure of the Princess. She wanted to help the Princess, but hesitated because of the Majesty's orders.

After some thought, Candace went out with her thick coat and came to the side of Iris, then draped the coat over Iris's body.

"Dear Princess, just admit your mistake to the Majesty!" Candace persuaded.

"Do you think I really want to be her daughter? Is it wrong for me to just want to get out of here?"

"Dear Princess!!!"

"No way!"

With Candace's help, Iris returned to the old castle and was encountered by Lilia.

"Dear Majesty!" Candace knelt in front of Lilia in panic.

"What did I say to you? Repeat it!" Lilia looked at Candace fiercely.

"No...I mustn’t help Dear Princess, or else I will be punished, too!"

"Punish her twenty beats." (Here it means that if someone didn’t listen to the Majesty’s orders, so he or she was punished by beating him or her with canes. And Candace disobeyed her Majesty’s order so that she would be beat 20 strokes by canes.)

"Yes! Dear Majesty."

Then Candace was taken down by the two maids on the side.

"It is none of Candace's business, why should she be punished?"

"And what has it to do with you? Would she have been punished if it were not for you? Besides, you don’t admit that I am your mother, at best you are just an outsider. What has everything here to do with you? It is good for you that I did not let you get out."

Iris was speechless and dumbfounded for a while. There was no reason to debate with Lilia, forgetting the mother-daughter relationship, Iris didn’t have the qualifications to talk to Lilia.

Then Lilia left the hall and went to the library of the old castle to meditate on magic.

Iris thought that Lilia didn’t want her to be her daughter, after all, Lilia was about the same age as she was. So why should she be her mother?

Iris huddled in the corner of the old castle, the blood bleeding from the wound occasionally. Iris licked the wound on the arm, hoping to heal the wound faster in this way.
