Cyric stepped on the sky from the magic tower and gently landed on another sharp corner of the city wall, then looked down indifferently at the people in front of him.

His mocking tone is like a sharp knife -

"Every bird thinks that catching fish up into the sky is a kindness, and every cat thinks that dragging mice from their holes into the sunlight is a forgiveness, but they never know that fish can suffocate and mice can go blind."

Looking into his eyes, I subconsciously backed up behind Emile.

Emile took my arm and made a threatening gesture towards Cyric.

"-Yo, isn't this the City Lord who was almost crippled by me? You've recovered quite quickly."

Cyric curled the corners of his mouth and waved both hands to release a pitch-black halo that just circled him, Emile and me.

Middle rank Level 2 - Silent Field.

"Dear President Emile, I would like to welcome you on behalf of the Elysis Magic Chapter."

"Well, indeed I am. What do you want to do?"

"That should be my question to you, Honorable Lord Emile. you, as the Chief Honorary President of the Magic Guild and the High Councilor of the Federation, should not interfere in the internal war in Elysis. In fact, I'm asking you to stop your interfering."

Emile looked at him with a mocking face.

"First of all, I don't care about those things at all, and secondly, I'm doing what I want to do, and I'll support my Molly Ann as long as it's what she wants to do."

"I see ......" Cyric looked at my face thoughtfully, "but even so, being convicted of taking sides is not a good thing for you, is it?"

"Doesn't matter at all."

"Plus destroying a protected building, assisting your companion to cheat in the mage examination, and interfering with administrative orders ......"

"It doesn't matter."

"What about ...... killing the lord of a city?"

Cyric calmly put his hand on the hilt of the sword at his waist, and after straightening his loose hair, he pulled out the sword and put it on his neck.

"This is one of my secret techniques, from outside it seems to be just a silent field, but in fact it also contains visual interference. If I wanted to, I could completely make these people see the scene of a 'Federation officer' forcibly that is interfering a civil war, or even killing the city lord."

Hearing this, Emile no longer put her hand lazily on her chest, but held her cheeks and smiled faintly.

"Although I still think that it doesn't matter. However, you are really determined to be a villain to the end ......"

"It's just maintaining thr justice."

Cyric even cut a faint blood mark on his neck in order to show his determination.

Looking at Emile's complete lack of intention to tell Cyric about that thing, I couldn't help but interject -

"Mr. City Lord, we just came back from Griffin. When we came back, Mr. Kalmen asked us to bring you a message even though he spat blood."

"......"

Hearing the name Kalmen, Cyric was obviously a bit shaken -

"Tasia, what did he say? "

"He said that he hoped you 'would not be fighting for those unreal and pointless things, at least, you are all still alive and well'."

"......"

Cyric's posture became rigid, and then -

"Heh, heh heh heh heh heh ......"

Although he was laughing, his face became gloomy and terrible, and his hands were trembling like barely able to hold his thin sword.

"He said that what I have done all these years is unreal and pointless?"

"He also said 'at least you can still meet someone, hear her voice, see her face'."

"......"

After a moment of silence, Cyric let out a faint hum -

"I see, you guys just don't want too many people to die. Am I right?"

"...... Yeah."

Hearing my response, Cyric gave a soft laugh, patted the hem of his robe, and knelt down on one knee in front of Emile --

"Then, Honorable Federation Councilor Emile, as the current Lord of Elysis, I would like to offer you permission for a war --"

Emile looked into my eyes, then looked to Cyric, then signaled him to continue.

"In order to resolve the issue of the dispute within the city of Elysis related to Faes, so between the Human Race and the Fae, I wish to commence a --"

"Racial Holy War."
