16,

"Quick, Mr. Cyclone!"

Just as Mr. Cyclone was about to push open the door, the maid actually stopped him.

"What is it?"

"This place is filled with dust. If you need anything, let me help you get it, Mr. Cyclone!"

Suspicious, Mr. Cyclone looked at the maid with a distrustful gaze.

Upon closer examination, the maid's bangs were exceptionally peculiar, completely covering her eyes. From the nose upwards, everything was concealed by her dark hair.

As for her figure, it was very ordinary. It lacked curves, both in the front and in the back. If she weren't wearing a maid's outfit, she could easily be mistaken for a boy.

"Wait a minute? Are you really a man?"

"The truth is, I am a woman, Mr. Cyclone!"

"Alright, alright. You're blocking my way, and now I want to go in even more!"

"Wait, Mr. Cyclone!"

Ignoring the maid's attempts to stop him, Mr. Cyclone pushed open the door with ease.

"Wait..."

Even tears flowed, but of course, Mr. Cyclone paid no attention.

Though he had no special abilities, Mr. Cyclone possessed one extraordinary skill – his heightened six senses, limited to one specific object.

As soon as the door opened, a familiar sound reached Mr. Cyclone's ears.

"Big! Big! Big!"

"Small! Small! Small!"

"Damn it! Roll high!"

The dust was gone, but the area was filled with various commodities, with shelves storing large quantities of food.

Amongst these food stacks, there was a small table with seven men gathered around it.

These men comprised a mixture of the old and young, all engaged in gambling, Mr. Cyclone's favorite game of betting on big or small.

Conducting the game was a man slightly older than Mr. Cyclone. The people in the room had yet to notice Mr. Cyclone's arrival, eagerly anticipating the results of the dice roll.

However, the maid ran to the front and shouted,

"Brother!"

Confused, the host turned his head, intending to say something, but upon seeing Mr. Cyclone in person, he fell silent.

Their eyes met, and they stared at each other for a moment.

As the host's hand stopped, and the disgruntled gamblers were about to say something, they all fell silent upon turning their heads and seeing who had interrupted them.

The oldest among them immediately knelt down, followed by the others.

"My apologies... I mean..."

His words trailed off, and it seemed he couldn't find a good excuse. He was sweating profusely from his anxiety.

"Mr. Cyclone, they were just taking a little rest. Please don't hold it against them."

The maid rushed to stand among the group and also knelt down.

After thinking for a moment, Mr. Cyclone tilted his head and finally understood what was going on.

Slacking off at work and even setting up a gambling den, wasn't this what Mr. Cyclone used to do with his old friend, Mr. Gudas?

"Whatever."

"Brother! Quickly put away those... ah!"

Upon hearing the maid's words, Mr. Cyclone immediately reached out and pinched her cheek, stopping her from speaking while venting his annoyance.

"You sister! Mr. Cyclone, I admit my wrongdoing. I will immediately put..."

Releasing his grip, Mr. Cyclone took two steps forward.

"Damn it, what's the use of putting it away? I want to join in right now!"

"Huh?"

The whole room fell into silence.

"And you, thinking this fun gambling den could actually stop me!"

Pointing at the maid in front of him, Mr. Cyclone laughed heartily.

Ignoring the maid, Mr. Cyclone approached the table.

He sniffed the air, pondered for a moment, then took out a coin he had just obtained and placed it on the "big" section.

"What's wrong?! Roll the dice and let me see!"Upon seeing this, the host, a man, also smirked, and everyone returned to their previous excitement.

In this way, Mr. Cyclone also joined this decadent game. In the meantime, he called the maid to bring the food and drinks from outside, and everyone indulged in feasting and revelry.

After several rounds of the game, Mr. Cyclone roughly learned the names of these people. The host's name was John, and the maid was his sister - Joshua.
