The matter of entering the academy has been completely taken care of by Ophelia on behalf of Bexia, but it is not the regular enrollment time yet, and Ophelia has not officially been promoted to a third-year student. So these arrangements are just temporary. Bexia will have to wait a few more weeks before she can enroll as a "junior student."

However, this doesn't interfere with her entry into Asman Academy at all. Although it's a bit unconventional for her to move in early, who can blame Ophelia for being a princess? Besides, Asman Academy itself belongs to her family, so she still has this little bit of power.

Also due to the timing, there aren't many people in Asman Academy right now because it is currently the full vacation period of one year and two months. Only a small number of students and mentors remain in the academy.

As Ophelia introduces the environment inside Asman Academy, she leads Bexia to the dormitory for junior students. Her plan is to let Bexia move in first and then use the remaining vacation time to train her a bit. After all, Bexia has no foundation in magical abilities to begin with.

Knowing Bexia well, Ophelia knows that she is a complete novice, having come from a remote village. How can she expect him to know much? So there are many things that she needs to teach him.

In fact, it's not necessary for Ophelia, as the princess of Asman Kingdom, to personally do all this. She only needs to request assistance, and countless people would be willing to serve her. However, she chooses to do it herself. On one hand, it's because she wants to cultivate Bexia properly, after all, she has bestowed upon him the title of "Guardian Knight!" On the other hand, there is a sense of security that she feels when she's with Bexia. Being with him, she can relax and not worry about those troublesome matters.

Ophelia takes Bexia to the dormitory for junior students and casually pushes open a room door and walks in. The room is very plain, with only two single wooden beds, two wardrobes, and some necessary daily items. There is nothing else.

"Betty, you can temporarily stay here!" Ophelia casually sits on one of the beds.

"Betty..." Bexia hears Ophelia calling him, suddenly a flash of memory appears in his mind, where a pink-haired girl in an apron also called him by that name.

"Betty, what's wrong with you?" Ophelia notices something off about Bexia.

"It's nothing." He shakes his head, those fragments of memories in his mind always give him headaches, especially since he is a person without a past.

"Alright, let's start teaching you the meditation technique for mana. Sit here!" Ophelia says, motioning for Bexia to sit across from her.

"What is this?" Bexia curiously asks as he sits down as she requested.

"This is a record of the meditation technique," Ophelia begins explaining, "Meditation technique is a method for cultivating one's magical abilities. It is the foundation of magic cultivation. Without it, it is impossible to develop magical power."

"Meditation techniques also vary in strength. The higher the level of the technique, the faster it absorbs mana, and the higher the concentration of mana obtained."

"The most widely spread meditation technique on the continent belongs to the lowest level, the 'Basic Level Meditation Technique.' Above that are the 'Refined Level,' 'Master Level,' and 'King Level' techniques. The higher the level, the more valuable the meditation technique is. Often, a basic level technique is worth hundreds, if not thousands, of gold coins. A refined level technique is worth at least tens of thousands of gold coins, and it's not guaranteed that even if you have the money, you can buy a technique beyond the refined level!"

"The master level meditation technique can be said to be extremely rare. In the entire Asman Kingdom, perhaps only the one that has been passed down by my ancestors exists. As for the king level meditation technique, it's probably impossible to find a second one on the continent. For thousands of years, only the elves have one!"

"However, the elves have disappeared from the continent for hundreds of years, so it's unknown whether this so-called king level meditation technique truly exists!"

"But unfortunately, my family's meditation technique cannot be passed on to outsiders, so I can only find a refined level meditation technique to teach you. Will you blame your sister for that?"

"Why would I? If it wasn't for Ophelia, I probably wouldn't have even touched a basic level meditation technique in my lifetime. How could I blame you?"Bexia is not a greedy person. He is well aware that if it weren't for his relationship with Ophelia, he would probably just be an ordinary civilian for the rest of his life, never having the chance to even connect with Asman Academy, let alone study here and obtain the refined level of meditation that ordinary people can't even imagine.

"So, I'll start teaching you this meditation technique. Since it belongs to the royal treasury, I can't physically give it to you, so I can only transmit it verbally."

"Thank you, Ophelia."

"You saved my life. Do we still need to be so formal between us?"

Ophelia started explaining the contents of the scroll to Bexia. It was written in magical script, which Bexia, who had never learned it, couldn't understand at all. So he had to rely on her to translate the content for him.

Magic power is a type of energy that exists freely in the world. It can be defined as a life-evolving energy. The more magic power is contained in an object, the greater its power and the higher its level of existence, especially for living beings. Whether human or beast, the more magic power they possess, the stronger their power and the greater their life force.

Following Ophelia's instruction, Bexia closed his eyes and entered a meditative state. In this moment, his entire world changed. He felt that the ordinary world around him turned into a world of countless floating particles. These particles of light were black, gold, green, red, and more, and he couldn't count all the colors.

The most abundant were pale white particles, which hovered around the other colored particles. This was the form of magic power, while the other colored particles were elemental particles. When the two merged, they formed what is known as "magic."

Bexia attempted to communicate with the particles of magic power using the meditation technique, but he could only connect with a small portion of them. He also needed to avoid the other elemental particles and not absorb them into his body, as they were beyond his current control. Once they entered his body, they could easily become uncontrollable and lead to irreversible consequences.

However, as he connected with the particles of magic power, the other elemental particles also surged towards his body. This frightened him, so he immediately came out of the meditative state because Ophelia had warned him not to absorb elemental particles.

"What happened?" Ophelia asked immediately upon seeing Bexia open his eyes.

"Nothing, I just inadvertently triggered the elemental power while absorbing magic power."

Bexia thought it was his own carelessness. After all, it was his first time practicing the meditation technique, so he felt it was normal to encounter such a problem.

"Triggered the elemental power..." Ophelia frowned. She didn't know why this was happening. Even elemental mages would need to cultivate their magic power to a certain extent before they could control elemental power. However, she quickly relaxed because this meant Bexia had the talent for cultivating magic power, and at least he didn't have the so-called "magic-resistant" constitution.

"Well, you will have to practice on your own from now on. I can't help you with this matter," Ophelia said.

"I will practice diligently!" Bexia replied firmly.

"Good!" Ophelia nodded and continued, "It's getting late now. Let me take you out to buy some daily necessities, especially since your clothes need to be changed. They don't match the identity of a royal guard knight."
