"Dark Border?!" Walking on the streets of the imperial capital, Bexia was thinking about things in the tomb. He looked at Carter and asked, "Do you know about it?"

"I have never heard of such a place," Carter shook his head. He had never heard of this place.

"Why do you care so much?"

"The name doesn't sound like a good place. I'm afraid Lulu Dream might be in danger!"

"I asked before. Her teacher is really the King of Necromancers, a super death summoner at the Rank of Kings. With a teacher like that, there's nowhere in the continent she can't go. What danger is there to be afraid of?" Carter scoffed. He didn't expect Lulu Dream to be a disciple of Fred.

But think about it, it makes sense. With a mid-level magical power at the age of eleven, this talent is probably extremely rare in the entire continent. Compared to struggling students like them who are still at the preliminary level in the Asman Academy, Lulu is like a gem compared to scrap metal.

"You're right. I'm just worrying too much!" Bexia touched his face. When they parted, Lulu Dream shyly kissed him to express her gratitude. Perhaps because of this, he couldn't forget Lulu Dream!

But Carter's words are indeed correct. She has a teacher who is the King of Necromancers. If she can't even accomplish what he can, then no matter how much he thinks, it won't help.

"Are you into something weird?" Carter teased, looking at Bexia touching his face.

"What did you say?" Bexia didn't understand what he meant at once.

"Are you a lolicon?"

"Get lost! Carter, you're asking for a beating!"

"I'm not afraid of you!"

"Hey, are you really gonna fight me..."

"Aren't you not afraid?"

On the first weekend of school, Bexia and Carter spent their time on simple adventurer missions. Bexia also received his first reward from labor, earning three gold coins and fifty silver coins in total over the two days.

Different countries on the continent have different currencies, but gold coins are the universal currency. Although their appearance is different, their weight is the same, so their value is also the same.

The smaller currencies, such as silver coins and copper coins, are the ones with differences. In the Asman Kingdom, the conversion rate between currencies is one to one hundred.

The second week of the semester finally started. Bexia returned to his monotonous routine of studying all day. However, it was surprising to him that Ophelia did not come to find him. She only let Long Momor pass along a message, asking him to focus on his training because she had things to attend to and might not come to the academy for a while. If he needed any help, he could find Long Momor.

Bexia was not too surprised by this. Ophelia had told him before that as a princess, she might be busy at times and wouldn't be able to teach him, so he should find Long Momor in those situations.

Speaking of Long Momor, Bexia had a slight fear of her for some reason. He didn't know why, but whenever he thought of the previous incident, where he abandoned everything and stayed with Long Momor, he was afraid that she might suddenly do something to him.

Combat guidance was necessary, but Bexia would not go find Long Momor alone. Instead, he brought Carter, as well as his mentor, a senior named Gano, who was ranked twenty-one in the third grade. He was a student who liked to exercise and was as solid as a tower. He was also skilled in swordsmanship.

According to Carter, Gano was the son of a general, but as a noble, he treated people fairly and didn't have the "superiority complex" that many nobles had. Bexia had a good impression of him.

After an intense combat training session, everyone sat under a tree to rest. Gano sat next to Bexia, wiping his sword, while Carter went to buy refreshing drinks for everyone. Long Momor, on the other hand, sat next to Bexia with a dangerous look, never taking her eyes off him.

Bexia felt embarrassed being watched by her. He felt that his explanation didn't have much effect last time, and now Long Momor probably still thought he had some connection with the Dragon God.

"Gano, have you heard of the Dark Border?" To ease his embarrassment, Bexia leaned towards Gano.

"Dark Border..." Gano stopped wiping his big sword, stood up his tower-like figure, and looked into the distance, lost in thought."The Dark Border is not a good place, why are you asking about it, Betty? Do you want to go there?" Long Momo replied casually.

"You should know about the Tears of God continent, right? The Dark Border is located in the middle of the Tears of God continent and the Blessed Land. It's not a good place, and I advise you not to go there out of curiosity," Gno's deep voice followed.

"What kind of place is it there?"

"It's classified military information, I cannot disclose it," Gno sat back under the tree, crossed his arms, closed his eyes, and acted as if he didn't want to say anything.

"Do you want to know, Betty?" Suddenly, a pair of hands hugged Bexia from behind, Long Momo's soft black hair slid down his face, and Bexia felt the touch of Long Momo's soft skin on her right cheek.

"Sis Dragon, can you not do this? Gno senior is watching!" Bexia pushed away Long Momo helplessly.

"Are you saying it's okay when nobody is around?"

"Hehe."

"The Dark Border is the frontline where the Blessed Land and the Tears of God continent confront each other. It has existed since ancient times," Long Momo continued to lie on Bexia's back. Even though the weather was hot, her body felt unexpectedly cool.

"It is difficult for people to survive there, but there are creatures called 'Demonoids' that live there. They attack the Blessed Land at regular intervals. The Black Border is their entrance into the Blessed Land. For thousands of years, whether it was the disappearing elves, dragons, or the current human race, they have all been guarding that place."

"Because if it is destroyed, the barrier protecting the Blessed Land will be opened, and countless Demonoids will rush into the Blessed Land and kill every life they see!"

Long Momo's tone was serious when she spoke. It was not a joke. Ordinary people are not aware of this because each country keeps this secret to avoid affecting the lives of ordinary people.

"If you join the military after graduating from the academy, you can go to the Dark Border!" Gno, who had been silent, suddenly spoke to Bexia.

"Don't say such things, you big guy. Why would Betty go to such a dangerous place?" Long Momo glared at Gno and told this tall senior not to let it get into his head. She ignored the two of them for the time being.

Not long after, Carter came back, and the topic of the Dark Border ended. However, Bexia remembered this place in her mind...
