The resounding and sacred singing echoed through the hall of the church, and the colored glass in the cast glass dome transmitted colorful light, shining on everyone.

In the outskirts of Castle Enchim, inside the temporary Saint Angel Church, countless believers entered the hall one after another. The seats were already completely filled, and many believers could only stand in the corridors.

They looked at the silver cross in the center of the church hall with resentment and disdain. Erika's hands were fixed to the cross, her body hanging weakly.

Her collar was ripped open, revealing the blood-red mark of abandonment, which caught everyone's attention.

"This wretched person has deceived all of us. She is a puppet of the devil and a shame to our church!" Gildan's voice resounded throughout the church, causing a commotion among the people present. "She is the evil slave master's vicious dog, and she has deceived all of us!"

"No, it's not like that!" Erika looked at the devout believers who cast malicious gazes at her and felt indescribable pain in her heart. She urgently reminded them, "Everyone, leave here quickly. Gildan is the fraud. The Slave Guild and the Satana Kingdom have infiltrated the venue. You will be captured by them and turned into slaves!"

"You still dare to spread rumors to mislead others. I will not let you go!" Gildan said firmly, and only Erika knew that the righteous fire in his eyes was fueled by greed and the distortion of human nature.

"In the name of the Holy Angel, I sentence you to death! Execute it immediately!"

As soon as Gildan finished speaking, two believers holding wooden chisels and hammers stepped forward from behind him. They were going to nail Erika to the cross.

With a loud noise, a white light shone through the colorful light pillar, and the heavy church door was forcefully pushed open.

Before the figure appeared, the faint light of cigarette had already caught everyone's attention.

The crowd became restless, discussing the figure with astonishment and curiosity in their hearts!

"Who? Who has the audacity to dare interrupt my holy judgment? You will be condemned by God!" Gildan turned around in surprise, thinking that since this person had the confidence to open the door, could it be another skilled mage?

"What?" Gildan's face turned pale when he saw the person entering. It was none other than Alan!

"God's punishment, a joke!" said Alan.

The Iron Wolf Mercenary Group hidden at the top of the church was all shocked. How could this guy be here?

"Dennis, didn't you take care of him?" Hex Berlin was so surprised that a figure appeared behind Alan.

It was none other than Dennis, wearing a luxurious close-fitting dress with a blood-red slave mark at the opening, declaring her slave status.

Dennis, as seen by everyone, lowered her head, obviously unwilling. Being seen with the mark of a slave was simply shameful.

"Dennis!" a roar came from the top floor, and a burly middle-aged man stood up, looking at Dennis in the hall with astonishment, his expression already twisted with anger. "My daughter! Alan, what have you done to her?"

"Looks like it's not just Dennis! Uncle Dunlin, have you colluded with Hex Berlin too?" Alan suddenly looked up and shouted, "Slave owners upstairs, I know you're up there. None of you can escape today. You swore loyalty to my father but killed him, betraying me! Each and every one of you will pay the price."

"What?" Alan's domineering entrance and the sudden declaration caused the people present to burst into laughter, seeking refuge under Hex Berlin.

"Thinking he's a young master? Does he really think he can cause trouble here?"

"Could it be that he wants to burn us to death with his tiny fireball spell?"

Hex Berlin stood up, waved his hand, and said, "Everyone, you're almost done laughing! It's just the final bark of a defeated dog. This is our trap, and his return is simply walking into his own death!"

Hex Berlin slammed his chair and shouted, "Everyone, follow my lead and capture this mad dog!"
