8. It can't even be called a battle.

"There are three huge humanoid monsters to the right front!"

The crow spotted the prey in the sky, but I didn't know what kind of monsters they were. They had stout humanoid bodies with various pustules-like protrusions and were holding wooden sticks.

"Do they have many protrusions?" #Milia

"Yes, and each of them is holding a wooden stick."

"Ogres, shall we fight?" #Lucia

"Let's give it a try. We have Silena on the direwolf, so even if we can't defeat them, we can easily escape." #Milia

"Leave it to us! Let's go, Lolo!"

Silena rode the direwolf and charged forward.

Milia and Lucia followed suit.

I followed behind, using the crow to scout from the sky.

The shared vision was even more practical than I had imagined. The distance of about 20 meters was directly mapped to my eyes, just like I was observing it directly.

Once beyond that distance, the vision turned crystal yellow, allowing me to see the energy emitted by creatures through trees and rocks. Monsters were green, humans were red and yellow, and summoned familiars were blue. I could even see their curved contours clearly.

Looking down from above was like looking at a mini map. I didn't even need to open my eyes, since the direwolf was doing the walking anyway.

After reaching the destination, the crow flew back and perched on my shoulder.

The ogres were about 6 meters tall, with eyes, noses, and mouths similar to humans. Their mouths revealed sharp teeth, and their bodies were covered in pustule-like protrusions. Their tan skin was covered in moss-like green hair?

The ogres were as clumsy as their obese appearance. Silena rode the agile direwolf and wielded twin guns to slash at the right foot of the ogre in the middle. Perhaps not used to mounted combat, she didn't make a deep cut.

Lucia's target was the ogre on the left.

Activating her skill, "Explosion Shot", six fireballs the size of fists circled around her crescent blade as she shouted, "Ah!" Lucia swung the crescent blade at the ogre, about seven to eight meters away, like swinging a baseball bat. The six fireballs were thrown along with the swing of the crescent blade, hitting the ogre's body.

Afterwards, with a "boom!", the ogre burst from within and flames spewed out from its mouth, eyes, and ears before it collapsed.

"Can't believe it..." Lucia muttered softly as she looked at her crescent blade. Her words didn't escape my ears, and it seemed she didn't expect it to have such power.

By the way, Lucia had changed the medium from her wristband to the crescent blade, which was why the magic surrounded the blade.

Milia dealt with the ogre on the far right.

Riding the direwolf, she circled around the ogre and continuously shot arrows at its head, completely torturing it.

The clumsy ogre swung its huge wooden stick randomly, but it was meaningless against the direwolf's agility. Finally, its head was shot full of arrows and it fell like a hedgehog.

Only Silena was slightly struggling... She used the direwolf's agility to constantly attack the ogre's legs. In the end, the ogre knelt, and Silena plunged her spear into its head, ending the battle.

If it were me, I would have done it more straightforwardly by directly throwing the spear and piercing its head.

Maybe it's easy for me to say since I'm not the one fighting. It sounds simple, after all.

On the other side, Milia, who wanted to retrieve her arrows, frowned because they had already disappeared halfway.

"No need to retrieve them. After all, they were summoned, so naturally, the arrows shot out will disappear. Besides, that quiver is capable of producing an infinite number of arrows, so you don't need to worry about the remaining quantity." I moved next to her on the direwolf and explained.

"Ha, huh, huh, huh!?"

"Don't be surprised. It's common sense. Oh, you can have these as well." I operated my phone and selected a few quivers from the inventory, of course, not ordinary ones.

"What's this?"

"This quiver is called 'Explosive Arrows.' There are also 'Piercing Arrows' and 'Poison Arrows,' which can be used as special moves for the bow. Feel free to use them, as each quiver only costs 10 MP."

Milia's mouth opened wide, as if she was very surprised, but she obediently took the three quivers and hung them on her body.

There are so many different types of quivers for various attributes that I couldn't possibly take them all out. It's better to show some restraint.

"There shouldn't be any enemies around here..."

"Desu..."Lucia and Silena approached, holding three fist-sized magic cores.

The next scene made it clear what they meant.

We were riding on our seat wolves, and the sound of grenades exploding filled the air.

"Hahaha... This bow, these exploding arrows are amazing!"

Milia, who seemed to have changed personalities, kept shooting exploding arrows, blasting away all the monsters and beasts that appeared in our sight.

Under her high-reactive, swift, and accurate archery skills, Lucia and Silena had no chance to make an appearance.

"Ya-ne, so cunning desu!!"

"Milia, leave some for us too! We won't get any experience points like this!"

They complained.

"Sorry, sorry, it's the first time I can use high-performance exploding arrows so freely, so I couldn't help myself..."

"Do you have exploding arrows too?"

Of course, I meant in this world, but they would understand it as the country we were in.

"Yes, we do, but they are very expensive, at a level that B-rank explorers can't afford, and their power can't compare to these arrows at all. Exploding arrows are the romance of archers. Today is truly a joyful day. I feel like I can shoot down even a flying dragon."

"Be careful not to jinx it. You might actually encounter a flying dragon."

"Even if I do, I don't think I'll lose."

"Exactly, desu~"

"And even you guys... sigh... Here, take another quiver of exploding arrows. Don't be reckless."

"We know."

Milia took out a quiver of arrows from the projected screen and attached it to herself.

Then, we continued steadily in one direction.

The monsters we encountered on the way were all annihilated, with the culprits needless to say.

Lucia said she wanted to save MP, so she used her great scythe to harvest and reap the prey.

Silena, on the other hand, skillfully assassinated the monsters with her dual-wield "Dragon Sword Spear," slashing and piercing them.

Milia, who had grown mature, switched to ordinary arrows and provided them with cover without hesitation.

And I was still closing my eyes, using the crow to scout, with no need to worry at all.

The monsters we encountered were ogres, imps, and insect-like creatures.

Only the pack of wolves retreated obediently when they saw us; this was a hierarchical society, with the seat wolves being stronger than them.

To put it simply, there was no danger along the way. The encounters with the monsters couldn't even be called battles; it was a one-sided massacre. Of course, monsters were monsters and didn't deserve sympathy.

At noon, we stopped by a stream to rest.

All five seat wolves were replenishing their water, while Milia, Lucia, and Silena were playing in the water after washing their equipment.

I sat under a tree shade a little away from the stream, holding my beloved sword, Lady Mist. I casually glanced at their drying equipment... Hmm, didn't see any underwear.

It truly was summer; even sitting in the shade made me feel a bit sleepy.

The crow stayed on my right shoulder.

I looked at my phone, showing that I was already level 32.

Considering Milia and the others' physical strength, I should have gained superhuman strength as well. Now that I think about it, even when I was sent flying hundreds of meters by the martial bear's attack, I was unscathed.

Could it be...

Excitedly, I stood up while holding Lady Mist and prepared to jump. The crow on my shoulder flew onto a tree branch.

And then, I jumped with all my strength!

But I didn't soar into the sky and returned to where I was, not even different from usual... Shouldn't I be level 32?

I tried another jumping with all my strength... This time I felt like I jumped a bit higher.

"Lan, what are you doing?"

Lucia's voice came from behind.

I turned back to see Lucia standing naked nearby.

"What are you doing?! Don't casually appear naked in front of men, especially when you already have a fiance!"

"Even if you say that, our clothes are over here, and it's just a look, it's not like you'll lose a piece of meat. By the way, what were you doing earlier?"

"Didn't I just reach level 32? Why don't I feel any changes? I don't even feel light on my feet. Can you jump once for me?"

"Hm?"

Lucia performed a fancy leap, easily flipping over a tree branch over two meters above the ground where clothes were being dried. The swaying chest and fully exposed body did not stir any ripples in my heart. Now I am more concerned about another issue... "How did you manage to do it?"

"It comes naturally."

"Then why can't I do it?"

"I wouldn't know, maybe it's because you're still recovering from your injury. By the way, we'll be having grilled fish for lunch. It's already being prepared, so if you're feeling shy, come over when we're dressed up."

Lucia packed up the clothes and equipment for the three of us and walked towards the stream.

"What's there to be shy about when everything was already visible... I'll come over later."

I tried jumping again.

Still no change. Could it really be because of the injury?
