Clang--clang--clang--

With each clang of the golden bell, my body was retarded by one point. The encircling black smoke immediately ceased to be as ferocious as before and almost dispersed into mists.

The slow-moving body caused my swinging arm to no longer have the speed and power it had before, and finally a knight rushed past the guard, leaping up with a ruthless scowl and swinging his sword down at me.

Clang--

The sword slashed at the small of my back, colliding with the armor and bursting into sparks, leaving a light white mark on it. The knight who wielded the sword was shaken and staggered, a pained expression on his face.

Only then did I react by grabbing him and holding him up in front of my eyes, forcing myself to endure the physical discomfort, looking at his gradually grimacing expression and murmuring in a low voice.

"[Abyssal Language] Why did you kill me ......"

"%$%#%......" The knight's expression was horrific as he desperately swung his sword at my right hand that was firmly gripping him.

Because of the lack of armor on his hand, he cut a scar that was not deep, and a black mist seeped out from the wound, which I thought was probably my blood.

After a while, three or five more knights came close.

They raised their long swords and leaped up high, roaring from their mouths, slashing or stabbing, their swords clanging against their armor with a continuous clanging sound, but they could not hurt me at all.

Even after two knights jumped and swung, they lost their balance due to excessive force and landed in the black smoke that wrapped around my lower body, and were eroded in a moment, unable to even struggle, and turned into flying ashes.

Again, absorbing two greenish-white rays, my body was still very heavy.

Are those greenish-white rays, the souls of the knights?

If so, then I am really a terrible monster.

I exhaled deeply, and the air was filled with a heavy fishy smell.

You guys, you really hate me.

I felt a little tired.

I looked at the knights who surrounded me waiting for a chance to attack, and their eyes glanced at my right hand from time to time, as if they wanted to save their companions.

So I spoke to them.

"[Abyssal Language] I don't want to hurt you, and you can’t hurt me, no more fighting, let's stop fighting, okay?" The female voice's whisper came out with a hint of tenderness that was almost pleading.

"......¥¥ Abyss*&...... die¥%#!" There seemed to be a very small part of the knight's angry words that I could begin to understand, was it because of devouring so many people?

"[Abyssal Language] Nah, you tell me, what am I?"

"... Humans ...... Immortality ...... Divine ...... Blessed ......!" A determined look appeared in the eyes of the knight in my grasp, and as he mumbled half-understood words, his sword glowed with a faint red light and stabbed straight at my face.

Click... Boom... Boom... Puff...

The sound of bones breaking and internal organs crushing came from my hand, and the knight's eyes were bloodshot, blood and fragments of internal organs gushing from the corners of his mouth dripping down on the back of his hand.

Sweeping my eyes one by one over the knights surrounding me in grief and anger, I don't know what kind of expression is on my own face at this moment, but I suppose it looks a bit cowardly.

It was clear that I was the one who was slaughtering.

"Swoosh--" A piercing cracking sound suddenly came from my right side, and I was instantly alerted, and before I could turn my head, a huge force hit me on my right shoulder. My body instantly flew out uncontrollably several meters away and fell heavily to the ground.

A burst of pain struck me, and I sat up and twisted my head to look at a huge golden spear with intricate relief carvings piercing through the armor and sticking to my shoulder.

Not realizing who had sneaked up on me, I tried to move my right arm, and the pain made me shiver; this depth should have hurt the bone.

Not daring to pull the giant gun out, I swung up my left hand and cut a knight who tried to approach into two sections and fought my way to my feet.

Clang--

The hanging golden bell roared once more, and the heaviness and dizziness increased further. I gritted my teeth and tried to recall the black smoke that was still frantically harvesting knights not far away, only to discover to my dismay that I actually didn't know how to do it at all.

It seemed like all I could do was release them, but I didn't really know how to make them obedient.

Tried waving my arms at them, yet it didn't work. Also I had to shake my head hard to shake off some of the dizziness from the dizziness.

Have to find a way to get rid of the robed old man first, that golden bell is too painful for me. As long as there is no more golden bell, the knights can't hurt me even a little bit, and it is not enough to be feared at all.

Once again, I raised my hand to kill the two knights who swung their long swords at me, and I looked at the old man's position, which was visually estimated to be about a hundred meters away from me.

Not particularly far ...... Is there a chance?

How should I know if I don't try!

"Ang-!!!"

I let out a long roar and the black smoke snake sped out, whistling as it ran whisking across the green field, lifting over a long strip of death and sweeping towards where the old man was.

At the same time, I lifted my heavy steps and used all my strength to draw closer to the old man with difficulty.

The hundred meter interval is just a flash for the black smoke, and it doesn't take a moment to reach the location.

The robed old man put his hands together and his body once again glowed with dazzling golden light, and the black smoke suddenly seemed to hit an invisible shield wall and was blocked even it tried to change a direction to attcak.

When I saw this, I gritted my teeth and quickened my pace, while once again waving my left arm, two black snakes whistled towards the old man, one after the other.

The power of the three black smoke strands, forming a diffuse black cloud, finally surrounded the old man through and through, and the golden light was pressed to only a faint appearance.

The range that the golden bell can influence does not seem to be as large as expected. As the distance was drawn out, my pace became easier and easier, and I saw that the interval between me and the old man was about to pass halfway.

"Boom! Bang Bang Bang-"

The dense black smoke of death that enveloped the old man broke open abruptly, and a golden mane grazed the air causing a burst of sound and flew headlong at me!

Oh no, I can't dodge it!

In my desperation, I raised my left arm high and swung it down at the incoming glow!

"Boom--"

The dust bursting out of the sky instantly obscured the sight, and a huge spear exactly like the one stuck on my right shoulder was smashed deep into the ground and stuck diagonally at my feet. The ground cracked inch by inch, and my left hand was vaguely trembling.

It was numb, but there was still sensation. I can't move my right hand anymore, and if my left hand is badly injured again, I'll be in trouble.

But with the smoke as a cover, he should not be able to see me, chance!

I swept forward, stepping out a dozen meters and then leaping high with a bang, the black smoke wrapped around my body was as thick as liquid, turning into a violent black meteorite that crashed into the old man surrounded by black smoke.

"Boom--!!!" It broke through the almost vanishing golden light without any obstruction, and the raw power brought up large pieces of mud scattered and splashed in all directions.

Not right ...... It seems to have hit nothing, where is the person?

Suddenly, the familiar heaviness and dizziness swept over the whole body once again, a golden bell plucked away the fog of black smoke hanging high, and the robed old man had long since disappeared.

Taken by surprise! The old man looked like a mage character, and most mages in the game have life-saving skills like instantaneous movement!

Can't this damn old man do it too? I should have thought of that!

I slowly retreated with the intense discomfort, trying to get out of the Golden Bell's envelope as quickly as possible while observing the entire battlefield.

The majority of the knights were still dealing with the black smoke released before. Rather than fight, they were doing their best to escape. The protection that the old man put on them didn't seem to be able to make any difference.

Even if a few of the knights broke away from the black smoke, they couldn't keep up with the speed at which I was moving and could only follow behind my ass and eat dirt.

A cursory glance around the week, but no more of the old man, where was he hiding?

At the back of the battlefield, the knight leader was still standing in the same direction as at the beginning, riding a horned beast and watching intently.

But by the looks of it, he doesn't seem to have any intention to join the battle now.

Stepping aside with indifference?

Or waiting until I'm exhausted and then come up to end me?

But beside him were two other beasts but I can’t see no more figures of the people ridding on them.

The robed old man should still be around, the key is where is the man dressed as a swordsman? Although I only had a glance from afar, I felt that the aura from that swordsman was much more dangerous than the old man, when did he disappear?

The body is really too heavy, so for a while it seems to have only retreated less than twenty meters.

Head hurts ......

My right shoulder hurts, my body is so uncomfortable, I can't breathe, I want to just lie down and sleep ......

As I was thinking randomly, a bell sounded again in the sky.

Buzz--

An even more terrifyingly huge force pressed in, the ground beneath my feet instantly bloomed and cracked, the black smoke flames on my body swinging wildly, surprisingly vaguely showing signs of extinction.

A golden bell surprisingly appeared again on the top of the head, so it is possible to manage to appear two at the same time!

Where is it! Where is that damned old man!

The tremendous pressure made me unable to even raise my arms, and at this moment, with all my strength, I could only barely keep from falling down.

Suddenly, there was a flash of silver light in front of me, and a bearded, angular face steeply appeared in front of me.

It was the swordsman!

My heart thumped, my instinct made me perceive that this person was very dangerous, I immediately wanted to jump away to hide far away, but my body could not react at all.

The huge pressure of the two golden bells made it impossible for me to even move slightly.

The next moment, the swordsman's feet flashed, bringing up several blue lights sweeping across the lawn and raising the sky with silver flowers to obscure the sight.

I only felt a pain in my chest, and my huge body instantly flew out backward, tracing an arc of tens of meters in the air, hitting the ground with a bang, and sliding backward several meters before coming to a stop.

"Oooh ......" I wanted to shout, but it hurt so much that I couldn't make a sound at all. My body was shaking so much that I couldn't exhale a breath for half a day while lying on the ground.

The swordsman reappeared with a thunderous roar and his feet were on my body.

I tried to open my eyes wide and looked at his young face. His eyes as blue as the sky with long gray hair tied back, and the scruff of his chin made him look a little rebellious.

Remaining blue electric light ran on his bright silver light armor, the white cloak behind him hunted and flew, a vast aura of heroic and extraordinary.

So dazzling ...... I also want to be such a swordsman who slays evil.

Since I was given a chance to rebrith, why did you let me become a monster again.

A monster that looks ...... Such an unsettling monster.

"[Human language] Go to hell, monster." The swordsman stomped on my chest and pulled his sword out, bringing up electricity around him and stabbing down hard once more.

Ah, that one, I finally understood.

"Oooh ......" With my last strength, I raised my left hand to hold the sword from stabbing in, and my whole body once again burst into black smoke, raising a fierce wind that covered me and the swordsman.

"[Human language] Useless Struggle."

The whole body of swordsman roared with lightning, and the blinding sharpness that flooded his body, my arm that gripped the sword blade instantly lost consciousness, and the sword once again didn't enter his chest.

A large amount of black mist spurted out of the chest, and I could clearly feel something flying from it.

Ah, I'm afraid I'm going to die.

Once again.
