Natalia Chan was about to answer when the wooden door of the office swung open. The two looked over and saw a female teacher in a robe standing at the door. As soon as she saw Mr. Malock, she quickly spoke up.
"Oh, Mr. Malock, so you're here."
"What can I do for you, Ms. Dora?"
"Your students have been outside for so long, aren't you going down to class now?" The female teacher looked somewhat displeased as she looked at Mr. Malock. "And isn't this alchemy class? Why are you teaching outside?"
"At least it's not as dull as inside the classroom," Mr. Malock replied with a smile, stroking his beard. "I remember that this class of Ms. Dora is magic training. Looks like I got in your way, huh?"
"That's right, so go and find another place to teach alchemy," Ms. Dora said assertively.
Mr. Malock shook his head, and Natalia Chan could tell from his expression that the old man seemed unwilling to argue with the female teacher and was making a concession. The training grounds outside were so large that there had to be a place for training. It was likely that she was causing trouble for Mr. Malock.
But as a commoner, he could only speculate in his heart. After all, this was their business, and it had nothing to do with him. It was better to mind his own business…
Mr. Malock turned to Natalia Chan and smiled. "Natalia Chan, you can stay here for now. If you find it boring, you can explore around freely. After all, commoners rarely have the chance to come here."
"Oh, really?"
"It's alright, as long as you don't bother other teachers."
Natalia Chan almost took his words seriously, wiped the sweat from his forehead, and replied, "Uh, then I'll just stay here."
Upon hearing this, Mr. Malock smiled, closed the wooden door, and left the classroom. There was only Natalia Chan left in the spacious classroom. He scratched his head and walked to the window, looking outside. Once again, he couldn't help but marvel at how amazing the noble district was. The surroundings were impeccable, with a lake and a pavilion, and the flowers and plants planted along the road were vibrant. Just looking at these beautiful scenes would improve one's mood.
"I wish I could come here to study someday," Natalia Chan muttered to himself. To be honest, he was studying diligently just for the chance to come here and take classes with his sister. It was his own pride, and this pride would make his sister and mother immensely proud.
Although his magical ability was low, he would never give up.
"Bang!"
The wooden door of the office suddenly swung open. Natalia Chan turned his head and saw a muscular man in a white vest rushing in with two or three large packages. He placed his packages on an empty table and immediately grabbed a stack of test papers and rushed out. However, when he reached the classroom door, he suddenly turned around and looked at Natalia Chan.
Feeling a bit self-conscious under his gaze, Natalia Chan scratched his cheek and asked, "Um, is there something on my face?"
"Oh, no, no. Little punk, you're a commoner, right? Why are you here?"
"Professor Kino asked me to come to the office, so..."
"Oh, that guy," the muscular man nodded, then pointed to the bags on the table. "Little punk, since you have nothing to do now, help me carry these bags to the Treasure Forge. Hey, did you hear me?"
"I heard, but Professor Kino told me to wait for him here..."
"Whatever, just bring these things over for me. Don't wander around randomly."
"Um, okay. Could you please tell me where the Treasure Forge is?"
"It's the building to the right after you leave the teaching building." The muscular man finished speaking and didn't linger, running off with the papers in his arms. Natalia Chan guessed that he was late for something and didn't have time for the first class, just like Professor Kino. But because he arrived too late, he was in a hurry.
Is there anything else I can help with?He even asked a civilian for help in delivering the items.
Natalia Chan approached and observed the three packages, vaguely feeling a trace of magic overflowing. He wasn't sure what was inside, but he had no intention of finding out. If discovered, he could be expelled.
"Hmm, they're quite heavy."
Natalia Chan murmured as he held the packages in his hands. Fortunately, he had been exercising and the weight was nothing for him. He was just curious about what was inside, as it was not only heavy but also exuded a magical aura.
Growing and developing, Natalia Chan paid great attention to his physical training. Due to being a magic talent, he felt it was necessary to become stronger through other means, and the body was undoubtedly the best choice.
Under the insistence of his mother and sister, although Natalia Chan appeared somewhat frail, he could exert strength no less than that of an adult man.
After leaving the classroom building, Natalia Chan looked to the right and indeed saw a gray building with occasional black gas emitting from the smokepipes on top.
The building was not particularly beautiful, as its purpose was to provide blacksmiths with a place for forging weapons and armor. Over time, the exterior of the building had been covered in thick dust.
After about a fifteen-minute walk, Natalia Chan finally arrived at the entrance of the Forge Tower. There were guards guarding this area as well. Once Natalia Chan showed his badge and handed over the package for inspection, the guards allowed him entry.
In fact, they could choose to bring the package inside themselves, but the academy explicitly stated that unless there was an accident, the guards were not allowed to enter on their own.
Standing in front of the Forge Tower's entrance, Natalia Chan felt the air slightly distort. He also clearly sensed the high temperature emanating from the building, indicating that there were blacksmiths forging weapons inside.
Opening the door, Natalia Chan saw a spacious hall with furnaces neatly arranged on both sides, and many men wielding hammers and tongs, constantly hammering.
The ringing sounds were continuous. Just as Natalia Chan was considering whether to find someone to hand over the package, his shoulder was tapped by someone.
He turned his head and saw a man wearing a vest with a white towel hanging around his neck, smiling at him.
"Hey, young one, what brings you here?"
